I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to your entire team for the high level of professionalism demonstrated throughout the preparation for joining. The precision in your cow management, the structure of your farm operations, and the teamwork shown by everyone involved are truly outstanding.

I thank the man standing next to me in this photo Harrison Lightbody as he showed strong leadership, good communication, and genuine pride in his work every time i've work alongside him and the team throughout the years.

The young Lad in the black hat, Richie, is a seriously hard worker and committed to learning and genuinely terrific person.
