'WHAT POSITION SHOULD I SLEEP IN?'
We get asked this question all the time, so our lovely Dr Luke has shown us a few examples.
Option 1: On your back + small pillow underneath the knees. This reduces the stress on your spine and supports the natural curves of your back
Option 2: On your side + pillow between the legs. This keeps the upper leg in place, and reduces tension on the lower back and hips.
Option 3: On your tummy โโโ
We do not recommend this position as it is the hardest position to maintain a neutral spine.
We recommend either of these with the Complete Sleeper pillow.
