I can create a personalised running or walking program designed just for you — based on your current fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning after a break or injury, or working towards a specific event (5km, 10km or 21km), your plan will guide you step-by-step.

My programs focus on building fitness safely, improving confidence, and helping you enjoy moving your body.

• Plan better workouts for you at Transformation Tuesday
• Manage numbers, especially for Mat Pilates, which can sometimes reach capacity

✨ Happy 2nd Pilates Anniversary, Felicity! ✨

Two years of commitment, courage and consistency — and what an incredible journey it has been! 🩵

Felicity truly shows us what determination can achieve. From struggling with balance, flexibility and even simple movements, to now confidently doing sit-ups unaided, planking, engaging her core and moving with strength — the transformation has been inspiring to witness.

We absolutely love your smiles and laughter in class, Felicity. You bring such warmth and positivity to our OAK.fit community, and I am so incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished — not just physically, but in the confidence and self-belief you’ve built along the way.

Here’s Felicity’s beautiful reflection on her journey with OAK.fit Mat Pilates:

“Well today represents my second anniversary doing Pilates under the guidance of Petrina. When I first started I was very inflexible, had no balance, could not do a sit up and generally I struggled to raise any part of my body from the ground. I even had difficulty getting out of a chair without support. Through Petrina’s patience and guidance (but mostly patience) I can now do sit ups unaided, vast improvement in balance, planking and for the first time in my life I’ve learnt how to properly engage my core! I’m now so much more flexible and feel stronger in my body. While I’m not claiming to be great, I feel so much more confident and self assured in my actions. My development has not just been in a physical sense but in the confidence I have gained within the group. What a great group of ladies! They have been so supportive, helpful, friendly & have encouraged me every step of the way. Petrina invests a lot of effort in developing a positive and supportive culture within our whole group. I have really enjoyed the new friendships which have developed. For someone who would always avoid any form of exercise, I now look forward to my Pilates classes. I’m just finishing off some of the finer details and getting everything ready to go.

I honestly can’t wait to work with these incredible ladies for our first Revive & Thrive group of 2026 💚

A huge thank you to the 24 lovely ladies who joined me for Pilates today 🙌
What an incredible session — great energy, lots of focus, plenty of laughs, and everyone showing up for themselves 💫

I’m so grateful for this beautiful, supportive community and for each of you making the time to move, breathe and reset together. You truly make these sessions something special 💚

✨ Reminder: I’ll be on a little getaway next Wednesday and Thursday, so there will be no Pilates or CIRCL Mobility those days.
I’ll be back and can’t wait to see you all in the second week of February, back on the mat 🧘‍♀️✨
