Community Question of the Week❓

For many people on the NDIS journey, confidence doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes it starts with something simple: joining a small group activity, learning a new hobby, or just having a space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

At Horizon Community Services, we’re committed to creating spaces where participants can do more than just attend a shift. We want people to explore, learn, connect, and feel supported in a safe and welcoming environment.

Our programs and activities are designed to help participants try new things, meet others, and build confidence at their own pace.

So if you're looking for supported activities like this, reach out now to connect! 🤩🙏
