🌞 6 AM - 10 AM (Sunrise Activation): Get 10-20 minutes of morning sun to trigger serotonin, boost alertness, and set your circadian rhythm for the day.
🌞 10 AM - 2 PM (Peak Energy & Focus): This is when serotonin peaks and your body temperature rises, making it an ideal time for mental clarity and your biggest meal of the day.
