Our bodies thrive on a natural rhythm synced with the sun. This diagram highlights how we can optimize our day for better health and well-being by following our body's clock.

🌞 6 AM - 10 AM (Sunrise Activation): Get 10-20 minutes of morning sun to trigger serotonin, boost alertness, and set your circadian rhythm for the day.

🌞 10 AM - 2 PM (Peak Energy & Focus): This is when serotonin peaks and your body temperature rises, making it an ideal time for mental clarity and your biggest meal of the day.

🌞 2 PM - 6 PM (Wind-Down Begins): As the afternoon progresses, your body starts producing melatonin precursors, signaling it's time to slow down and prepare for rest.
