I have been in the process of rebranding my Pilates Studio. I have created my own unique brand called HoliBodi Club! This will include the whole Studio itself as well as Online Classes and Apparel!

We are still in winter yes, however spring is nearly here so make the most of the last month before spring to establish a routine, move your body, appreciate yourself and trust me by spring you will be stepping into a better version of yourself!

All my classes are tailored to whoever is in the room so don’t be afraid if it’s your first time, I’ll make sure I cover the basics and there are plenty of ways to make each exercise “harder” by utilising dumbbells, resistance bands and the Pilates balance ball when you are looking for advancement!

If you have anything that might impact you when it comes to exercise and moving such as injury, medical conditions, pre/post pregnancy please talk to me first and outline in your sign up form so I can better assist you during your class! Also opt for Personal Training so I can detail a program for you and aid in the best movement practices to assist your needs!

I can’t wait to see you in the studio!
