Meet Kimberly, our Retail Manager at Hilton 💚

Kimberly joined the team in 2021 and holds a Certificate II in Community Pharmacy. While she’s a skilled dispense technician, she’s discovered that one of her favourite parts of pharmacy life is actually out on the floor, chatting with customers and being part of the daily buzz. It’s a side of the role she didn’t expect to love until she stepped into pharmacy.

As Retail Manager, she enjoys the variety of being able to help everywhere, from supporting the dispensary to handling the admin side of the store. Ordering stock, planning layouts, and managing catalogue updates keep her busy, but never take away from what she values most: serving customers and supporting the team.
