Sometimes all we need is a short pause. We’re so busy doing that we forget to simply be, and that’s the real medicine that keeps us whole…. So we are taking a mini break off the mat to do just that.

Great news….

🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅HAPPY International Yoga Day and Winter solstice.

Some of our yogis rose to salute the sun and welcome the shortest day of the year. The theme this year for International Yoga day is “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” which reminds us that everything is connected and that Yoga not only supports individual well-being but also the health of our planet. We couldn’t have felt more connected this morning as we practiced on the sand, took in the breathtaking sunrise, and giggled and played in the water. A beautiful reminder to take care of our health, each other and this beautiful planet. 🌅🧘🏼
