Easter Weekend Adventures 🐣💜

Charlee spent her Easter weekend away in Launceston — and what a weekend it was! 🙌

From taking on the arcade games (and absolutely loving it 🎮), to exploring Penny Royal, visiting The Gorge and riding the chairlift, this trip was packed with fun, adventure and plenty of special moments along the way ✨

There were big smiles, a few competitive moments 😏, some well-earned treats 🍦 and lots of memories made.

We love seeing our participants getting out, trying new things and enjoying life their way 💚

Thanks for taking us along for the adventure, Charlee — we’re already excited for the next one!

Charlee’s Camp Clayton Adventure 💫

Charlee headed off on her annual trip to Camp Clayton — and what a few days it was!

From big smiles and belly laughs, to getting stuck into all the fun activities, Charlee made the absolute most of every moment. The flying fox was (as always!) a highlight — she couldn’t get enough of it 🎥💛

One of the most special moments was on the last night, where Charlee helped serve dinner. She was so proud to be part of it, and it was beautiful to see her confidence and independence shining through.

These are the moments that matter — trying new things, building confidence, and just having fun.

🎉🌸 Happy 39th Birthday, Allanah! 🌸🎉

Today we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating Allanah turning 39! 🥳
With party hats, balloons, lots of smiles and a delicious cake, it was a day filled with warmth, laughter and special moments.

Allanah brings so much light into every room she’s in. Her personality, expressions and the way she connects with those around her truly brighten our days.
She reminds us daily why we love what we do.

Supporting Allanah doesn’t just make us better support workers — it helps us grow as people too.
We’re so grateful to be part of her journey and to celebrate milestones like this alongside her.

Here’s to 39 wonderful years, Allanah — and many more celebrations to come! 🎂✨

🎧✨ Silent Disco Fun! ✨🎧
Katee, Charlee and Jess had an amazing time at the silent disco organised by All Abilities, dancing the night away and enjoying every moment! 💃🕺
With glowing headphones, great music, and lots of laughter, the night was full of fun, confidence, and connection. Opportunities like these are such a wonderful way for participants to get out in the community, try new experiences, and celebrate being themselves. 💚
A big thank you to All Abilities for hosting such a fantastic event — we loved seeing everyone having so much fun!

🐱 Cat cuddles = instant happiness 🐱

Charlee had the best time visiting the cats’ home and very quickly decided that the only logical solution was to take ALL the cats home 😄

From gentle pats to curious little chats, it was beautiful to see the joy Charlee experienced spending time with the cats. Moments like these are what it’s all about – experiences, smiles, and doing the things that make our participants feel happy and relaxed 🥰

(Still negotiating how many cats we’re allowed to bring home… wish us luck 😉)

Charlee loves to dance ! Every fortnight she attends Brightstars. This gives Charlee an opportunity to do something she loves , getting out and showing everyone her moves 😁

Katee was out and about yesterday making the most of the gorgeous weather with a visit to New Norfolk ☀️

She enjoyed a relaxing walk through the park, soaking up the sunshine and fresh air, and taking some time to unwind outdoors. Katee always enjoys getting out into the community and exploring new places, especially on such a beautiful day.

It’s wonderful to see Katee staying active, enjoying nature, and embracing opportunities to get out and about 💚

Allanah absolutely adores being out in the fresh air, feeling the warmth on her face and enjoying a change of scenery.

She’s away from home for a few days, making the most of some time out, plenty of sunshine, and calm moments like this 🌿✨
