Recently I've been asked a few times to come in and tidy up other people's poor efforts. Something I'm more than happy to do!
Some of these jackals are charging premium prices and delivering sub standard results.
Remember here at Dickies I mow your lawns as if they are my own. All work is done by me to my high standard. I'm not happy unless you are happy and if you are not happy you don't pay a CENT!
It's all about pride and putting your name to your work. Getting rarer it seems.

There's been another complaint today about edges. This is how it came about.
I'm finishing off at a property. I see an elderly lady fall hard to the pavement from her walker seat. I promptly run to her aid and assist her with getting back into her walker chair.
After establishing that she is OK I leave her with other people and tell her I'd better get back to what I was doing.
She asks "what were you doing?"
I say "I was mowing the drs surgery up on the corner".
She says "about time they did something with that place!"
I say "I've been mowing it every month for 12 months! "
She says "well you haven't been doing the edges!".
We all laughed and laughed.
Anyway.....back to check the edges.
