After a long season of shedding what no longer fit, this year calls for something new 🐎movement, action, alignment. The Fire Horse doesn’t tolerate stagnation. It pushes you to step out of comfort zones, choose authenticity over approval, trust your instincts, and protect your energy so the fire fuels you instead of burning you out.

The Snake taught us to let go. The Horse teaches us to move forward.

🔥 What This Year Demands🔥 to start fresh. Honesty even when it shifts relationships. Freedom to explore and reinvent. Discernment to say yes to what expands you and no to what drains you. Alignment with what feels true, not what feels easy.

What a beautiful week to wrap up the year , from deep connection and belly laughs over morning coffee, to a sold-out Christmas community class where we steeped in stillness and bathed in Yoga Nidra.

2025 has been woven with so many precious moments on the mat… moments of connection, heart, soul, and shared breath. None of it would be possible without your continued support.

To my devoted students who show up week after week — you are my Yoga family, the steady heartbeat of Embody Yoga. Thank you for trusting me, for sharing your practice, and for allowing me to walk alongside you on your Yoga journey. I am endlessly grateful for each of you.

We are truly blessed to live where we do, the Kingborough community, the beaches, the nature and of course our movement home at Mind & Body Space at the top of the hill where our community is at the heart of everything we do.
