I’m Sarah — founder of Strongwomen Fitness and MumSTRONG, our 8-week return-to-exercise program for mums 💪
It’s been a while, and there are lots of new faces around here, so here’s a little about me ↓
I’m a mum of four kids, (20, 18, 16 & 13) and I built my business from my own experience — raising kids across Australia with very little support and zero postpartum guidance.
After five pregnancies and four births, my body felt completely foreign, weak, and old!
When we finally settled back in Hobart, I knew something had to change — for me, and for the women of Hobart and so MumSTRONG was born 🌱
I’m super down-to-earth and approachable — no filters, no fads, just real movement for real women.
My mission is to remove the barriers that often stop women from exercising — whether that’s pain/symptoms, lack of confidence or childcare, finances or not knowing where to start 💙
Strongwomen has successfully supported hundreds of women (ages 18–77!) to move with strength, purpose and confidence at every stage of womanhood 🌿
