Building Better Bones A natural, holistic approach to managing and preventing Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. I am a Dietitian, Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness practitioner.

My interest is the Well-being space; supporting people to care for their own health. This course incorporates what I have learnt, through my many years of working with food and the body, to support people to safely maintain active, healthy lives. The course is offered at various times; enquire to identify the next course that suits you. Classes are very small, thereby ensuring support for your individual needs.
