📢 Exciting News! Our Practice is Moving!

Our current practice location has been a place of comfort, growth, and support for young people and their families, and it holds a special place in our hearts. We've had the privilege of witnessing incredible transformations and helping children to grow and thrive. As we embark on this new adventure, we are filled with enthusiasm and anticipation.

While change can sometimes be overwhelming, we're here to assure you that your families comfort and continuity of care are our top priorities. Our new location is closer to the action of Salamanca and the chocolate shop! No more navigating the very narrow driveway!

Please stay tuned for updates on our relocation. We'll provide you with all the details to ensure a smooth transition as we prepare for open day on Tuesday 18th July, Suite 17, 33 Salamanca Place.

We can't wait to welcome you to the new practice space!

Something for the little people in your life......

Little Windsor Social Circle is starting up again on the 22nd of August. We had a ball last term using our senses to learn social skills, work together and build friendships. Now we're ready to do it again with a brand new group of Social Explorers!

If you know a 6-8 year old who struggles with social interactions, self-regulation in group settings or reading social cues
we invite you to bring them along for a six session journey toward improved interpersonal skills and greater social confidence. For more information or to enrol your child, please get in touch on 6224.8555.

A Little Emotion Awareness Mindfulness for a Monday! Externalising, Noticing and Naming Emotions can help to create a bit of space between us and them, allowing us to express our emotions in more helpful ways.

Have a go creating an Emotions Weather Report with your child. Try putting a weather name to what you are feeling in the moment. (Doing this activity during a calm or enjoyable time is a good time to start.)
What do you notice about how you feel after naming your feeling?
