Hello, and I'm Daniela Dorney and I work as an occupational therapist in paediatrics as well as provide tutoring services. I fell in love with working my profession the day I witnessed how small changes can create waves of positive impact for a child and their family. My role as a therapist is to help young people to participate fully at home, at school and in their play where I may address barriers such as behaviour, attention and motor skills. My favourite area of work is the area of emotional wellbeing and positive parenting. Dr Seuss’ quote “a person’s a person no matter how small” guides much of what I do.
