Can you spot our physio, Brice!?

Here he is at the National Advisory Committee (NAC) recently as part of his role as Tasmania's branch president of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

The NAC advocates for the physio profession within the community and for policies with the government. Brice is part of the organising committee for the Sports and Exercise stream.

We recognise Brice's contribution across the physio profession and couldn't be prouder of what he does in the background ❤️

Five of our staff are currently at the annual conference, and one of our staff members made it up on the stage to present!! 😍

Our Physiotherapist, Jason, presented his paper: "Changes in calcaneal bone marrow lesion size, plantarfascia thickness and signal measures are associated with long term recovery in individuals with chronic plantar heel pain". A huge congrats to Jason 📄🎉

This year's conference held in Hobart, showcases research across varying disciples within the sports medicine sector. Some great take homes for everyone attending the 4 day event ❤️

Athletics season is back on and guess who was starting it off strong?!

In her first competition of the season, our Exercise Physiologist, Emma, threw a big 3+ metre personal best in the Hammer Throw!! The 57.67m throw puts her at number 3 on the all-time Tasmanian list for female Hammer 🔨👏👏👏

What a great start! We look forward to seeing how she progresses through the Athletics season 🎯

✨️ We just want to celebrate our practice Manager Lucy who first started working at Allcare in 2005!!!

Lucy- our warm, mother like, caring practice manager who goes out of her way to make sure everyone that steps into the clinic is looked after. Here she is leading reception in their meetings, making everything in the back office run as smooth as possible.
