Your Breath. Your Connection. Your Movement.
One of the most powerful things we can do for ourselves is the seemingly simple act of returning to our breath and our bodies.
Sometimes the hardest part is remembering to actually take the time to do it! Other times, we actively avoid it because we know that it will bring up the very stuff/feelings we are trying very hard to ignore.
But when we take the time and bring our presence, attention, compassion, and kindness to ourselves for just a little while, magic unfolds.
When we take that time in a supported space, deep healing occurs.
Jen and I have developed this workshop to take you on a gentle journey inwards. Starting with 9D breathwork, moving on to connection and release with spinal flow, and finally somatic movement to integrate the experience.
