Dress to Impress

Style is part of the experience in the The Social Scene Marquee and Hobart Cup Day is your chance to make a statement. We ask all guests to embrace the occasion with elevated race day fashion. This is the place to be seen, so dress to impress.

For the Gents:
Tailored slacks or chinos are a must, with tailored shorts acceptable. A collared shirt and dress shoes complete the look. Jackets, ties, or bow ties are strongly encouraged to elevate your race day style.

For the Ladies:
Think chic and celebratory. Floaty summer dresses, tailored jumpsuits, or polished separates are perfect choices. Pair with a jacket or statement accessories to shine whatever the weather. A high standard of racewear attire is expected - this is your moment to stand out.

Please Note:

Marquee opens at 11:30am, strictly no early access.

Tracksuits, singlets, thongs, hoodies, and beanies are not permitted. This is an over-18 area, and you may be required to present valid ID on arrival. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry. Security and staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the dress code or conditions of entry.
