So even when you want change, your subconscious may still be carrying beliefs like:

→ “I don’t have time to invest in myself.”
→ “I must always put others first.”
→ “I don’t deserve to enjoy life.”
And that’s when the tug-of-war begins, your conscious mind pushes forward, but your subconscious pulls you back. You keep sabotaging yourself without even realising it.
This is why willpower fades. You can set goals all day long, but if the subconscious patterns don’t change, you’ll keep looping through the same cycles of burnout, overwhelm, money stress, and never feeling “enough.”
