'Autonomy' isn't just a buzzword – it's about feeling in control of our actions and choices. It's the freedom to express ourselves and make decisions that reflect who we are, not who others expect us to be.

And here's the thing: it doesn't have to be big and dramatic like you're a movie character. It's actually built through lots of tiny little choices that add up over time – each one quietly reminding you that you're the one steering your life. 🧭

Take a minute to consider: What's ONE small choice you can make TODAY that truly aligns with what you want? 💭

It could be as simple as taking that lunch break you always skip, or wearing that shirt you thought was too vibrant, or sharing about your special interest even when others don't "get it". ✨
