Sunday March 1st is clean up Australia Day, so let’s walk and talk and do our bit to keep our environment free of rubbish! I will provide garbage bags and gloves. If you have a pick up stick that’s a great idea to bring with you.

Saturday 7th March is our quarterly coffee and cake catch up. *please bote the date change from our last email!

Casuals are always welcome (pending the space is available)
An 8 week block is a great commitment to yourself and the befits listed below, we would love to have you!! Details below

Mondays Newton Kickstart Arts
5:45-6:30pm Pilates + 6:45-7:45pm Yin yoga

Tuesdays old beach community hall
5:45-6:30pm Pilates + 6:45-7:45pm Yin yoga

Wednesdays Tea tree hall
6:00-6:45pm Pilates + 7-8pm Yin yoga

Thursdays Baskerville road old beach
4:30-5:15pm + 5:45-6:30 Pilates +
6:45-7:45 Yin yoga

$100 for an 8 week block per style per location.
$15 drop in casuals (bookings essential)
