💗 it can be a bit of a rough ride, the IVF journey, can't it? (I'm using *IVF* to encompass the variety of Assisted Reproductive technologies here - IVF, ICSI, IUI etc).

💗 let me just say, that I know you are going down the many rabbit holes of googling what is the right diet and what are the right nutrients and herbs etc etc...it's completely understandable 🥰 and it can get sooo confusing 🥺

SO...

💗 I have a question for you - if you are going through this IVF journey or considering it, would you like, or could you see the value in a workshop on how to use Functional medicine (diet, lifestyle, herbal medicine, nutrition, supplements) to support a positive outcome? - and would it be in person or online or both?

💗 an in person workshop could possibly create a sense of community (it is easy to feel alone during this process) and I also understand the desire to keep your journey private (and it isn't anybody else's business), in which case, online might be a better option. I'm also always embracing all the potential solo Mummas and all the same s*x couples 💞

💗 I've been working in this space for a long time now (and I love it!!) and it is developing rapidly, and what I find is that the additional support of Naturopathic medicine is a really valuable adjunct. It can be an expensive journey both financially and emotionally, so supporting a positive outcome early on isn't a bad idea

What a year you gorgeous humans! 🥰

This is me and my clinic saying a great big loved up thank YOU!! 💗

You have made this year the best! So much joy and I need also to acknowledge and honour the heartache too 💔 this is the front line of trying to conceive in all the ways with all the feels...and it can be visceral.

There have been so many babies born and so many babies waiting to be born...what could be better? My heart is pretty dang full 💝

I am overwhelmed and so very grateful (and humbled and moved) by all the many beautiful expressions of gratitude ...you awe me with your strength and the power of your desire and love.

I hope this time is kind to you lovely...please be gentle with yourself ❤️

Hi there gorgeouses 🥰

I suppose I've not really dropped in to introduce myself to you yet...and I'm not very good at this, I'm much better at listening. Give me your story and I'll listen for ages and ask questions 😁

I love the ocean, bushwalking, animals, music... and my work. I have a great big goofball rescue dog called Dane...we call him Dano because it works better for his personality. 🥰

I have been in this area of health for 30 years now and can't imagine not doing it. Before I studied to be a Naturopathic Clinician I sang for a living - back in Sydney in the 80's (yep, not a spring chicken 😉) when live music was alive and fabulous. That was another life time ago🥰

During my time as an Allied Health professional I have moved from womens' health in general to more of a focus on fertility (which includes challenges with fertility) and assisted reproductive technologies, pregnancy support and postpartum care and haven't looked back 😍

My way of working with you is to treat you as the wonderful unique individual you are. I ask many questions, look at a variety of test results, maybe organise more tests if required and then tailor my approach for you. My treatments include acupuncture, functional medicine, herbal medicine, nutritional medicine and prescription of supplements. I am fully qualified in these areas and do get a bit concerned for you when people without qualifications are prescribing these medicines for you...yes, sadly I have seen bags full of useless bottles and boxes or even some things that recommended that are contraindicated 🥹

There is the fertility journey and then ...YAY...you're pregnant!! 💗

That is sooo wonderful! ...and I am here to support you in your pregnancy with all it's physical and emotional bumpy bits 💗

Hopefully 🤞 you have no need to make an appointment but some of the challenges that can arise early on include nausea and vomiting, insomnia, heartburn, sinus issues, headaches/migraines, anxiety etc and sometimes these can persist...I am here to support you lovely, this is what I do 💗

During your pregnancy you might experience pain or discomfort sometimes for obvious reasons (a glorious ever-expanding belly) and sometimes there are some strange and interesting (well, probably not so interesting when it's a pain) issues arise that need addressing 🥰

Towards the end of your pregnancy, from about 36 weeks you may find it useful to use acupuncture as a support to prepare for labour and birthing 💗

I love caring for my gorgeous pregnant people...what a blessing 💞

...and afterwards...postpartum, you get to meet them 💞 please do yourself a favour and plan for this post birth period. Your delightful little munchkin will have done what they are meant to and used up a lot of your resources just when you need them. Lack of sleep, breastfeeding (or issues with) and life can be a lot right now...I am here and soo happy that i might get to support you so you can enjoy this time with your baby.

My clinic time is spent supporting couples finding trying to conceive a challenge, and I am also so pleased to support many solo-parents-to-be and to also support same s*x couples on their journey to conceive 💗

Whether you are trying naturally or with assistance (IVF, IUI, ICSI) as a Naturopathic Clinician and Acupuncturist, I have 30 years experience in Integrative and Functional medicine to support you in your journey 💗

This is a no judgement, no blame space and I treat you as the person of value you are. I look at your test results and maybe ask for more so we can look at any or all of the myriad of reasons for your challenge. And/or I can just be here for support in the most simple but effective ways and, for example, deliver acupuncture at specific times of an IVF cycle...you have choice here 💗

Gah...tears in my eyes, liquid love from my heart 💗

I'm the one who is grateful!🥰 Trying to conceive isn't so straight forward for many (as you know, it can be bumpy and heartbreaking with many shared tears) but working in this space is sooo rewarding 💖

Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to drop these in to me ... I can't wait to meet your baby but for now it means the world that he is in your arms 💞

Oh wow...well I can say this just isn't true 🥰 I don't think I'm the best Acupuncturist (that so depends on so many things, doesn't it?) but I happily combine being an Acupuncturist and a Naturopathic Clinician

I am so very grateful to the gorgeous person/people who nominated me, that is so kind 🙏💗

💗I need to give kudos where kudos is due because my clinic, energy and experience is focussed on supporting fertility journeys of all kinds and pregnancy journeys with all the joy plus all the ups and downs that can arise. And my friends and colleagues have their own areas of focus...
