It’s been a while coming, but from April 20th, we’re making some changes to our reformer Pilates timetable, and we’re SO excited to share an explanation of these, and all our class types with you.
So what’s new?
Meet: Reformer Align and Reformer Rise.
These classes now sit alongside our Foundations, Flow (what you currently know as our general Reformer Pilates classes right now) and Restore reformer classes.
This means you can give your body a mix of what it needs to support you in this season of life - and build your capacity for life outside of the studio. 🙏
Whether you’re just starting out, perfecting your technique, looking for flow, ready for challenge, or needing recovery and regulation, there’s a reformer class designed for how you move.
There’s no better time, then, to put together a complete guide showing all our yoga classes too (Flow, Heated, Slow Flow, Yin and Foundations), so you can see the full picture of what we offer and where to start.
