✨ Yoga schedule update✨
We’ve made a few thoughtful shifts to the yoga schedule, based on your feedback and what’s working best in the studio, as well as to support the amazing humans stepping into our space wanting to slow down, prioritise themselves and what their bodies and souls needs in this season.
Here’s what’s changed:
🌿 Tuesdays:
Sandy is now taking the 5.30pm Heated class (taught as Jivamukti), followed by a 7pm Yin (60 mins). Flow, rest or do both, and at a time for Yin that is more accessible for those of you heading home after work, or dealing with families or just ‘life’ and then coming back to look after yourselves.
🌕 Thursdays:
Claire brings her strong flows to 5.30pm Heated and a brand new 7pm Yoga Foundations (60 mins) class - a midweek opportunity for newer yogis or anyone wanting to come back to the foundations of the practice.
🌞 Saturdays:
Gabrielle is continuing with the 8.15am Heated followed by Yoga Foundations at 9.45am (75 mins) - a small time shift from the original 9.30am slot.
✨ Our superstar Foundations (and before that, Yin and Heated) teacher, Jaimee, is stepping away from teaching to focus on a full time role and family life, and we were so blessed to have had her steady practice and teachings since she arrived in Hobart just over a year ago. Thank you so much, Jaimee, we are so grateful. You will be missed!
We hope these updates help you find your rhythm. We have some changes and updates on the reformer side that we’ll share with you all soon, and some wonderful faces to welcome (and welcome back!), too.
