Hi 👋🏻
I’ve been a bit quiet here the last wee bit. The end of 2022 was chaotic, with the closure of our studio home combined with my ongoing battle with Long Covid. Plans for classes in 2023 are effective on hold (at least for Term One anyway) while I prioritise my health, and feel out the future for 🧘🏻
Life often doesn’t go as we plan it, or want it to, but if we look hard enough, there is always a silver lining in the darkest cloud ⛅️
With that in mind, I’m embarking on
Each day I’ll post on this account’s story, and I invite anyone out there to join me 🙏🏻
Together let’s find the sometimes unexpected or unlooked for joys in life 💙

Term 4 is here! 😳😱 But I am taking advantage of the Show Day long weekend to take a little break, so there is no class this Friday.
Youth Aerial returns for the last block of the year on Friday 28th 4pm
Until then, our yoga buddies are keeping an eye on the studio for us

You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf - Sri Swami Satchidananda 🌊

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by events and circumstances as we continue to navigate our way through these uncertain times. But one thing is constant, your breath.
Stop, breathe in, breathe out. Feel your breath move in and out of your body, like the waves coming and going from the shore. Recenter. Regroup. Ride the wave 🏄‍♀️

As the summer holidays draw to a close, thoughts turn to the new term. Classes commence this Friday, with Monday classes resuming February 21st.
As we continue to ride the waves of these turbulent times, yoga can more than ever be our anchor, a safe place to pause and draw breath.
