Our goal for Threads Tasmania is to inspire the exploration of personal boundaries and bliss through movement, play, and the natural world in people of all ages. As we learn to move fluidly and naturally, as we play together and with the natural world, we break down old barriers and views of ourselves and the world that are no longer supportive. We learn to trust, communicate and let go and we open up to new horizons, fresh possibilities and begin to realise that our options and our potential in life is unlimited. We utilise activities that encourage interaction with others, disintegrating feelings of separateness and inspire people to unite, work together, get healthy, make new friends, break through boundaries, and ultimately have FUN! We offer classes, workshops and retreats in acroyoga, yoga, acrobatics and circus for adults, children, business, team building and school programs.

Another epic year of hosting the Tasmanian Acro Flyaway!! THANKYOU to all of our fabulous students and trainers for co-creating an awesome acro event with all of the added extras ~ ocean dips, river trips, hot tubs, storytelling, campfire nights, costumes, cabaret and community.
Time and time again we are humbled to host an event that teaches new skills and gets people into their bodies, while also immersing in nature and lifting each other up in every way.
Thanks to all of you who helped, cheered, contributed and made it possible this year and we'll be back with more in 2024!!
