Classes are temporary suspended, a tough decision but I’m looking to upload a free Yin class online soon. All you will need is some pillows your mat and blanket, and make yourself a herbal tea! I’ll miss our cosy tea and yin class gatherings, and continuing your yoga practise is so important right now, to relieve stress and support your immune system. It’s important during these crazy times to stay grounded, we are so lucky to live in such beautiful surrounds, so get outside and connect with nature, look after yourself and others, stay active and I look forward to connecting with you online soon 🙏🧘‍♀️😘

Yin yoga class tonight at 7pm! Meditation 🧘‍♀️ moving into new sequences for autumn. We can bring harmony back to the body by slowing down, giving room for reflection, and creating a state of ease with our relationship to change. Working with the meridian lines for lungs and stomach, and as in nature thinking about letting go of what no longer serves us.
