Ever google ‘smiling benefits’? Whilst we don’t reeaaalllllly want to encourage too much time in front of a device, the significant physical and mental benefits from a smile is too good to not mention 😁 And we know that when practicing yoga we encourage keeping our mouths closed to enable nasal breathing, but who doesn’t love a happy smile! So remember to share your pearly whites with others as you come and go, or whenever your heart desires really, such a gift to yourself, and others 🤗
