l Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Cradle Enterprise including collection and reconciliation of public money, financial reporting, banking, customer service, administration of cabin bookings, permit applications and general administrative duties.

l Working as part of the broader Accounting function, the Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer reports to the AR Manager as part of a close-knit, collegiate team of nine.
l This role is offered on a maximum term contract of 12 months and will be part time at four days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday working from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
l In this role you will have a variety of responsibilities, covering the end-to-end accountabilities of an AR function. You will receive the support of an engaged and transparent leader together with input from positive and collaborative colleagues, all of whom will ensure you are cross trained on all areas of AR and nuances of it at integratedliving.
Requirements:
l Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable processes and if that was within the Aged Care/Health sector … all the better.

l Be tech savvy with proficiency in a variety of technology; large ERP systems (TechOne being ideal), Excel and the full Microsoft 365/Office suite.
