l The Tasman Hobart is now searching for engaging, experienced and committed Guest Service Agents to join our team! We're looking for hospitality extraordinary who have a passion for executing seamless and transformative guest experiences whilst undertaking administrative and communication duties.

Duties:
l You will anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
l You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
l Excellent customer service experience
l Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
l Process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection; record transactions in point-of-sale system, process payment and run cashier reports at end of shift.
l Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
l Passion for the Hospitality Industry
l Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
Requirements:
l 2+ years customer service experience as a Guest Service Agent.
l Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
l Thorough follow up, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills is a must.
l Excellent time management and organizational skills.
l Ability to emotionally connect with guests and provide superior levels of service.
l Conflict resolution experience.
l Must have the flexibility to work on a 24-hour rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.
l Experience of OPERA property management system a distinct advantage.
l Must have full working rights for Australia
