Education Day at Holden Hill 🧠💪📚

We brought our physio team together for a full day of learning led by Dr Kieran Richardson, who is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

Kieran shared his evidence-based, personalised approach to care - helping us sharpen our skills and improve outcomes for every patient we support.

Welcome Rimisha 🌟

Rimisha is a Physiotherapist with a strong background in sports rehabilitation, shoulder conditions and back pain. She brings over 3 years of clinical experience to My Physio My Health - Holden Hill. Rimisha is trained in Myo Decompression Therapy and has a special interest in holistic rehab approaches, including Physio-Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Outside the clinic, she enjoys cooking 🍳, travelling ✈️, music 🎶 and reading 📚!
