👐 New Lymphedema Services Now Available

We are pleased to announce that My Physio My Health now offers accredited lymphedema care across our locations.

A huge thank you to Sue Butcher (Lymphoedema Lipoedema Education Services) for delivering a world class training course at our Toorak Gardens location. This training, endorsed by the Australasian Lymphology Association, ensures our team provides the highest standard of evidence based care.

Our new upper limb services include:

• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) - A specialised technique to guide fluid and reduce swelling.

• Post-Surgical Support - Management of swelling related to breast cancer treatment, scar tightness and cording (Axillary Web Syndrome).

• Comprehensive Rehab - Decongestive exercises and compression garment advice to assist fluid flow.

If you require support, please contact Reception to discuss an assessment.
