At Essence Physio, our qualified and experienced physiotherapists will perform a free initial consultation to discuss your concerns and assess your problem area. Treatment is then individualised based on the client's goals and can include a combination of soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, manipulative therapy, clinical pilates, posture correction, gait retraining, electrotherapy (including ultrasound, interferential, heat, shockwave), taping, exercise therapy, and the prescription of personalised orthotics.

Our Story

With more than 25 years combined experience in private health and hospital experience, Essence Physio has been treating patients with care, professionalism and a passion to help patients recover and guide them onto the path of great health and physical movement. We know that overcoming pain is never an easy feat especially when it disrupts our day to day lives. This is why we make sure that each patient’s plan is individualised and based on the client's goals and lifestyle. Your treatment can include a combination of soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, manipulative therapy, clinical pilates, posture correction, gait retraining, electrotherapy (including ultrasound, interferential, heat, shockwave), taping, exercise therapy and the prescription of customised orthotics. Based in Homebush West, we are the local physios you can count on and trust.

As part of our mission in helping patients on their journey to good health and pain free living, we will: ✔develop your goal-oriented plan to overcoming pain ✔support you every step of the way ✔treat the root of your problem, not just the symptoms ✔provide strategies to prevent issues from reoccurring
