Well 2025 certainly was the snake year!

I can honestly say I shed much and levelled up… gritty, challenging and I did it all without faery wings 😂 2025- It was a toughy yet worthwhile. 💖 Looking back I have gained much. Looking forward I will keep growing the seeds I planted. With an open heart abundance is found within.

May we each wander into the new year with ease, safety, and much love in our hearts🥰

It was just divine to embrace the elements of heart and fire associated to the summer solstice. Last night was refreshing, wholesome and healing, with people walking away from sadness, stress and tension.

I am still dripping in the Solar Goddess’ gratitude and warmth for all who came with their open hearts and bravery to jump the fire and take the journey! (😜).

It was exciting to try something new through seanchaidh (storytelling) and I am delighted my words, artwork and accompanying Scottish healing rituals landed so well! I guess I best get writing. Let me know if you have a particular Scottish lore, Goddess, beastie or event you would like to explore through story, ritual and community…

Thank you everyone!! That’s a 2025 clinic wrap up.

Wow, this year has been absolutely massive- full of milestones, growth and wonderful connections.

I am absolutely exhausted this end of the year- there has been some big, heavy stuff that people are sitting with here in Sydney on top of what seems like so much already.

Whilst I am in need of a moment to recharge and drop back into my own rhythms again, it is not lost on me as to how privileged I am to be in the position of trust when walking alongside others’ healing journeys.

My heartfelt thank you for everyone’s support over the past 5-year as I built and co-founded

This end of the year is a tough one. Financially, spiritually and collectively. There is much heartbreak and disconnect. I’m feeling the call to withdraw and just block out.

Instead, I’m consciously choosing to lean in and change my vibration. I’m choosing to drop into heart- through the exhaustion and concern. This is easier in collaboration with others with the same frequency.

What a delight the opening of was this evening! Surrounded by beauty and laughter, people chatting and connecting- this is the essence of community.

Today I attended the 16 Days of Activism Forum. I walked away feeling reinvigorated in my efforts to stand against violence.

Someone asked a panel how we can create hope in this space. I found hope in everyone there- people still showing up, passionately, respectfully, creatively in the face of all the barriers. I find hope in the important programs being offered to communities. I found hope in the children and young people who attend educational opportunities to learn how to recognise and connect with healthy relationships.

Yes, there is underfunding, ill-informed legal systems, fragmentation in responding… but there are also the advocates, the support people and the survivors!
