Do you sometimes feel disconnected from your true self? Or like your inner light is covered with a blanket of fog?
Well, sometimes meditation can help to reignite your inner flame and help you to drop back into being heart-lead.
Now a lot of people say ‘I can’t meditate’ (I may also be guilty of being one of those people) because the misunderstand that meditation is that thing where you are sitting on a Lilly pad in an ethereal state … But I’m talking about the meditation that is practiced, that brings you to a state of inner awareness and helps you to drop into the experience that is needed.
There are sooooo many different forms of meditation. Sometimes it’s a long bath, or gardening, walking or dancing. Sometimes it is sitting quietly and following the rhythms of your breath or body sensations. Meditation can use props like candles or scents, grounding tools or specific hand or body gestures. Meditation is whatever stills the fluctuation in the mind and brings about more ease.
