Mission Statement

Dragonfly Individual & Family Support Services is a bespoke, independent community service organisation providing innovative, creative ideas and individualized support and advocacy. We believe a respectful, ethical service is client driven and provides helpful assistance. We believe that no person should be left out from gaining support. We exist to fill holes in the marketplace and catch all those who do not fit in a specific box to provide true equity in Accessing Justice and Support.

It is important to understand the National Disability Insurance Agency do not provide advocacy support. The National Disability Insurance does not directly provide advocacy services for people living with a disability for representation and legal review of a decision. This is because the NDIS Act (2103) does not let the National Disability Insurance fund legal assistance for prospective participants or participants in relation to a review of a decision made under that Act.
