✨ Allow yourself to feel every emotion—grief is not a race.
✨ Find quiet moments to breathe, meditate, or simply sit with your feelings.

• choose progress over perfection
• listen to your intuition before outside noise
• allow change without resistance
• honour what’s complete and step into what’s calling

When doubt rises, return to trust.
When fear whispers, remember how supported you are.

Gratitude Monday!

Write three things in the comments below you are thankful for right here, right now, no matter how big or small ✨

I fully believe we create our own reality, what we put out we get back.
I also believe that our thinking affects every cell in our body hence creating how we feel, how our body reacts, our health and truly what is around us and how we see the world.
Given, a lot of things are out of our control, but we can control what is happening in our internal world and how WE choose to see things.
Remember a belief is only a thought we keep thinking. This is a battle I believe we have with our Soul. Our Soul knows, our Soul is complete, loving and giving.
Our Soul loves us….our Soul is us.
So let’s start by being present in this moment and write down three things we are thankful for and have gratitude for.
Even if you are having a bad day, let’s turn it around by changing our internal world in turn changing how we see the things and people around us.
Start small or start big, but just start! 🌺

All you need do is set your intention and let the Universe provide

Divine Spirit as we come together for this healing.
I ask that I am surrounded by the love of all that is.
Bringing all that I need to raise my vibration.
My heart and soul is touched by the Spirit bringing the healing that I need.
Healing to every aspect of my Soul on every level.
I ask that through this healing it extends to Mother Earth and all that call this Earth home.
Bringing light where needed, supporting us to be whole and healthy.
The harmony within and the harmony that surrounds us.

It’s about opening the heart, looking into self and putting out the intention of hope for both self and others.
It’s about surrendering and feeling the wholeness and the oneness of all that is.

Great Spirit I welcome this new day
Through my breath I connect to all that is

Through my breath I am life
Through my breath my life flows effortlessly

I am eternal and I feel the power within grow each day
