Sometimes relationships begin to heal from the Spirit World. ✨

A father may come through with the words, I’m sorry I wasn’t there.

A mother who never said I love you may finally share those words — perhaps because she herself was never shown how to love in words.

A loved one who struggled to show emotion may reveal that they simply were never taught how.

I truly believe our loved ones remain who they are in spirit — the same soul, the same essence, the same love.

But, from the Spirit World, they often seem to see and feel life from a different perspective.

There is understanding.
There is reflection.
There is growth.

Just as we learn and evolve here, I believe the soul continues to learn and grow there.

Soul progression… always. 🤍

Gratitude Monday!

I fully believe we create our own reality, what we put out we get back.
I also believe that our thinking affects every cell in our body hence creating how we feel, how our body reacts, our health and truly what is around us and how we see the world.
Given, a lot of things are out of our control, but we can control what is happening in our internal world and how WE choose to see things.
Remember a belief is only a thought we keep thinking. This is a battle I believe we have with our Soul. Our Soul knows, our Soul is complete, loving and giving.
Our Soul loves us….our Soul is us.
So let’s start by being present in this moment and write down three things we are thankful for and have gratitude for.
Even if you are having a bad day, let’s turn it around by changing our internal world in turn changing how we see the things and people around us.
Start small or start big, but just start! 🌺

I visited a cemetery yesterday.

While movies and stories often paint these places as spooky, haunted, or filled with scary ghosts, the truth is so different -
What is really there is pure love.

The energy of those who have passed, and the love left behind by those saying goodbye, it lingers in the soil, in the carefully chosen words etched on every headstone. I could still feel it - it’s still in the air.
The love of those left behind, and the love of their loved ones in spirit, giving strength and comfort in moments of loss (because they’re not really gone)

There aren’t actually ghosts. What people call “ghosts” is often just residual energy of love. And it reminded me, you receive what you look for. If you look for fear, you’ll find fear. But if you open your heart to love, that’s exactly what you’ll feel 💜

I can't tell you how excited I am watching the bookings come in for An Evening with Spirit next Friday.

Nearly 30 years ago when I first discovered the Spirit World was real I wanted to shout it from the rooftops. Had that young woman been told that one day she would work full-time as a medium, teach others, be invited overseas to teach and demonstrate, and have opportunities to demonstrate mediumship with some of the best mediums known today she would not have believed it.

The desire to share the proof of eternal life has sustained for 30 years. Next Friday is not a culmination of three decades but what is the beginning of the next.

It's lovely to share the reunion of the two worlds with those who already know but my hope is to reach those who are yet to be reassured.

I'd love your help to get a few more people on the rooftop with me.

We all have intuition… sometimes we just need to slow down enough to hear it.

In a world that’s constantly busy and loud, that quiet inner voice can easily be overlooked. It doesn’t shout or demand attention, it gently nudges, whispers, and guides.

The more we create space, the more we begin to recognise it.
Through stillness… through feeling… through simply being present.

Your intuition isn’t something you need to find, it’s already a part of you.
It’s always been there… patiently waiting for you to hear it 🩵

We may never understand why some are taken too soon…
it’s one of those questions the heart keeps asking, searching for meaning.

But maybe their impact was never meant to be measured in time.
Maybe it’s measured in the love they gave, the lives they touched, and the way they changed us forever 💞

Because even though their time here feels far too short…
what they leave behind is lasting, deep, and never truly gone.
