I had a traumatic event that led me to go to a local spiritual group, they had a wonderful guest speaker come, from there I found Reiki and from there I went on my own journey to discover who I truly am.

Some people need to know boundaries, and not to ASSUME things, as it only makes an ass out of you and me.

I am wondering how easy you find it to assume things about people when in reality you don't know what's going on at all.

Do you have to courage to tell others that you don't know and walk away, especially if its gossip?

It can be a hard thing to stop ✋️ because its easy to get caught up in chit chat and not think about who or what you are talking about.
