Health Professionals across Australia can now access a new Navigating Burnout program free on the TEN website here → https://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/the-essential-network/

The interactive program, which can be used confidentially, covers the most damaging aspects of burnout in bite-sized mini-courses. It has been co-designed with health professionals who have a lived experience of burnout and understand the mental health issues impacting fellow HPs.

“More and more health professionals are coming to TEN for tailored mental health support and our telehealth clinic is always at capacity. With the new burnout program we can offer evidence-based help 24/7,” says Dr Peter Baldwin, Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Research Fellow at the Black Dog Institute.

Why do some of us avoid seeking professional help when it comes to our mental health and well-being? And if we do go to a therapist, why it is seen as something to keep quiet about and not share with others?"
