What the Role Offers:

Guaranteed Hours: A minimum of 20 hours each week.
Flexibility: Potential for additional hours (up to 38 per week) during peak times and staff shortages.
Predictability: Rosters are provided two weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your life outside of work.
Great Shifts: No late-night or early morning shifts!
Supportive Team: Be a part of a friendly, community-oriented environment.
The Schedule:

Standard business hours (no late nights or early mornings).
Availability for some Saturday morning shifts is required.
Willingness to increase hours based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service.
Assist with inventory management and shelving.
Handle sales transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) operations.
Ensure a clean, organised, and professional pharmacy setting.
About You:

Adaptable: You can adjust your schedule according to business requirements.
Reliable: You arrive on time and are ready to support your team.
Customer-Focused: You possess a warm, professional demeanour and enjoy assisting others.
Flexible: You are willing to step in when colleagues are on leave or unavailable.
Experience: Previous pharmacy or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
