Babywearing can help support perinatal mental health for both parents/caregivers. There are many reasons why it’s helpful; hormone release, soft touch, a tool to calm children (and yourself), a way to keep little ones safe and build confidence.

It helped me: and I know it has helped countless others, as part of a wider support structure. What about you?

Good Afternoon!

After the government announcement yesterday, I am currently working through what this means for reopening physical sessions.

I do still have a waiting list running, and anyone who would like to be among the first to hear about sessions, please message me to be added on!

Digital sessions are still currently running if anyone would like to join these also 😊

I appreciate your patience while I look into this.

💕

Happy Valentines Day! I hope your day is overflowing with love!💕

From today all families in England with a baby under 1 year can form a support bubble with one other household. You can keep your support bubble even if your child has a birthday as long as they are under 1 on the 2nd December. This also applies to families with a child under 5 who has a disability that requires continuous care.

If you have already formed a childcare bubble (for childcare purposes only for children under 14), your support bubble can be with a different household but you mustn't mix with both bubbles at the same time.

To find out more about how support bubbles and childcare bubbles work, and see the new rules visit https://www.gov.uk/guidance/making-a-support-bubble-with-another-household

This is the world’s first ever magnetic resonance image showing a mother and child’s bond, thanks to NH Neuro Training. The image is of neuroscientist Rebecca Saxe kissing her two month old son.⁣ Her kiss has caused a chemical reaction in her son's brain which generates a burst of oxytocin - a hormone that generates feelings of attachment and affection - amazing or what?

Touch illuminates the brain! Hold them, kiss them, respond to their needs, massage them, love them, just as your instincts suggest!
