• 30 Minutes: Ideal for acute, localized pain like a stiff neck, lower back, or specific injury.
• 45 Minutes: An effective “time poor” option. Ideal for lunch time visits.
• 60 Minutes: Best for general, full-body relaxation or moderate, recurring tension (e.g. back, neck, shoulders and hips).
• 90 Minutes: Recommended for comprehensive full-body deeper tissue experience with focus on a few specific pain points, athletes, or addressing multiple, complex, or chronic, long-term issues.
• First-Time Clients: A 60-minute session is usually recommended to allow for an initial assessment and comprehensive attention to your needs.
• Consultation Time: Session times often include a short consultation (generally 2-5 mins depending on your reason for treatment) at the beginning of your session and is deducted from your hands on time. A brief 1-2 minute consultation may be all that is required for regular or general maintenance, or a longer consultation of 2-5 minutes may be required for a new injury or first-time visit before treatment commences to best plan you care and outcome.
• Maximising hands-on time: Fill out the digital client form, in your confirmation email, ahead of time and wear easy to undress clothing.
