My name is Ryan Farmer and I’m an osteopath at Relieve and Rebuild Osteopathy.
My treatments consist of hands-on techniques such as soft tissue massage, manipulation, mobilisation, muscle energy technique, cupping and dry needling with functional rehabilitation and education.

Our philosophy to your health means combining hands-on techniques with a collection of tools to minimise your pain and prevent the problem returning.
We assess what’s causing your pain, create a treatment plan that aims to relieve it, then rebuild your body so you can regain control of your health.
