We had an incident in store today that has left me dumbfounded.
Guy comes in with a couple of scripts, no Medicare card, no Concession card.
Proceeded to go off chops as they should be free because he is indigenous.
We try to source said Medicare and concession details but to no avail.
Informs us he is just out of jail (sporting the ankle jewellery), and needs his meds because he hasn’t had them for four days.
The prescription was dated today, so how is that our fault ? There were places open everywhere over the holidays and the weekend.
Proceeds to go outside and try to smash several of our windows. Succeeds in smashing one with our own A frame sign.
Eventually his grandmother comes in and pays for the scripts.
Says, if Steve was here there would not have been a problem.
Let me be clear, if Steve was there the situation would have been exactly the same, except perhaps the window would have been intact and the little bastard would have been battered.
Luckily, Steve was not there and everything was good apart from the window.
Not really, my staff had to put up with this little ar****le and were traumatised by his behaviour, because the entitled little prick could not be responsible for his own Medicare card and Concession card.

Nobody traumatises my staff and gets away with it.
