Music has a powerful impact on the brain, emotions, and connection — supporting regulation, learning, and overall wellbeing.
At Little Achievers OT, we use the evidence-based Therapeutic Listening Protocol, developed by Sheila Frick, to support children’s functional development.
Our therapists are trained in Quickshifts®, a specialised sound-based intervention grounded in a sensory integrative framework. While auditory in nature, Quickshifts® is designed to support the underlying foundations of function across home, school, and community environments.
Quickshifts® may assist with:
• Sensory modulation
• Self-regulation
• Anxiety
• Gross and fine motor coordination
• Attention and focus
• Social interaction and communication
• Executive functioning
• Bilateral integration
Please note: This protocol must be administered by a trained therapist.
