Quick & Easy Keto Biscuits — because you can have a treat without the sugar crash!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp coconut flour
• 2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
• ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method:
Mix everything together, roll into balls, flatten slightly, and bake at 170°C for 10–12 mins until golden.
Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle — perfect with a cuppa! ☕
