If you’re finding your balance isn’t what it used to be, you’re not alone — and there are safe, gentle ways to improve strength and confidence at any age.
Our Steady Steps program is designed especially for older adults who may feel a little unsteady, cautious or less confident with movement.
Exercises are gentle, carefully guided and led by our experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
This program may be right for you if you:
• Feel unsure on your feet
• Use a walking stick or frame
• Want to reduce your risk of falls
• Would like to stay independent for longer
