As part of gaining my accreditation with the international coaching Federation I am required to offer coaching services equivalent to 100 hours in either in exchange for payment other services or a certain amount of hours pro bono I am reaching out to the community to offer a series of coaching one on one sessions or group sessions to help facilitate goal orientation personal transformation and future focused achievement
