Crystals, Reiki, doTERRA essential oils, Sacredflower and Edward Bach flower essences are incorporated in my treatment sessions to enhance your experience. Since completing a Master Aromatherpy Diploma in 2015 as I have been making natural body products infused with essential oils. I host workshops to demonstrate self care techniques and share recipes in hands on ‘DIY’ events. I am a Certified NurtureLife Pregnancy Practitioner and offer a holistic perinatal massage therapy method developed by Pregnancy Massage Australia. This is a relaxing massage that supports pregnant women who are nurturing new life and enhances general well being during their pregnancy. As a distributor for FM World I have lower tox perfume products made with organic perfume oils for sale and also a range of Lively Living diffusers. I love what I do and am very passionate about providing a nurturing, relaxing massage incorporating the holistic benefits of Aromatherapy, Reiki, Flower Essences and Crystals into my treatments.

Yesterday I completed an amazing ‘Rapid Transformational Healing’ (RTT) hypnosis session. A full session with a 28 day follow up daily regime recording to integrate the inner work.

The theme was based on ‘Reclaiming Self Worth’ and would cost $100’s if not $1,000’s but was free as part of our group offerings.

So many holistic practitioners and like minded people that make this such an uplifting space with a positive momentum of teachings, support and growth.

I have been quieter on here recently due to a deep level of loss and grief that I have been working through. This has given me the push to go inward on a healing journey and to delve deeper into spiritual practices.

During 2024 I began training in the Akashic Records with my intention being to open up my own awareness but this has led to me reading for others and now close to being a certified Akashic Record Healer. I’ve also just completed Level 1 in Human Design and plan to continue with the advanced training in 2026. Both have given so many insights to my inner being and are also modalities that I can support clients with during treatments.

I now have so many amazing connections in my local groups and all over the world within on line trainings and I have no doubt we will be friends for life. I began a fasting journey with my family and will soon be heading to Melbourne for a 14 day water fast retreat, a challenge that I’m embracing for the health benefits and the emotional release.
