I’m feeling totally rested and rejuvenated on Day 14 of my fasting journey with Thor, Bree and their team in Melbourne.

My start to the day today was a delicious chia seed pudding with fresh strawberries. The organic fruit and veg in Melbourne is so tasty and nutritious 🥰

I’m returning home tomorrow with a new outlook on life, so much more health awareness and knowledge with a full heart from my amazing experience here ❤️

Excited to be completing Day 10 of my water fast today and to have my break-fast tomorrow.

Staying at Tolman Wellness Centre in Melbourne has been such an enlightening inner journey. I’ve met some beautiful friends as we’ve gone through our highs and lows together.

My emotional health has taken a lot on over the last 2 years and as it was starting to affect my physical health too. Today I feel healthy, clear and lighter and so grateful to Thor, Bree and their team for their support, treatment sessions, trainings, workshops in the beautiful, safe container they hold here.

If you ever feel you need a full body reset this is the place to be. I would definitely love to visit again for a self care and a health reset 💖

Yesterday I completed an amazing ‘Rapid Transformational Healing’ (RTT) hypnosis session. A full session with a 28 day follow up daily regime recording to integrate the inner work.

The theme was based on ‘Reclaiming Self Worth’ and would cost $100’s if not $1,000’s but was free as part of our group offerings.

So many holistic practitioners and like minded people that make this such an uplifting space with a positive momentum of teachings, support and growth.

I have been quieter on here recently due to a deep level of loss and grief that I have been working through. This has given me the push to go inward on a healing journey and to delve deeper into spiritual practices.

During 2024 I began training in the Akashic Records with my intention being to open up my own awareness but this has led to me reading for others and now close to being a certified Akashic Record Healer. I’ve also just completed Level 1 in Human Design and plan to continue with the advanced training in 2026. Both have given so many insights to my inner being and are also modalities that I can support clients with during treatments.

I now have so many amazing connections in my local groups and all over the world within on line trainings and I have no doubt we will be friends for life. I began a fasting journey with my family and will soon be heading to Melbourne for a 14 day water fast retreat, a challenge that I’m embracing for the health benefits and the emotional release.
