Sophie had the pleasure of attending the Anchored Care NDIS Networking Event on Wednesday, 18th
September, and it was an incredible day filled with learning, connection, and inspiration!
☀️The event featured an amazing lineup of industry leaders, inspiring speakers, and engaging activities, and we are excited to share some of the highlights with you!
💡Keynote Speaker: Clifford Morgan, CSP
Leadership expert and organisational psychologist, Clifford shared valuable insights on becoming a powerful leader. His coaching techniques were truly inspiring!
🗣️Guest Speaker: Christine Mudavanhu
Christine delivered an impactful session on compliance and service excellence within the NDIS sector, while championing diversity and inclusion.
🎤 Musical Guest: Therese Daley
We were treated to a beautiful performance by the talented Therese Daley, whose passion for music and education shone through.
🌳Discover the Outdoors with Thing Adventures
It was great to learn how Thing Adventures uses outdoor adventure therapy to empower and inspire
NDIS participants.
🏆Kahoot! Challenge
The interactive quiz was so much fun, and it was a great way to wrap up the day!
Attending this event as a provider was an amazing opportunity to connect with industry experts, gain new insights, and be part of a day full of learning and fun. I’m excited to bring these experiences back to Vitali Care and continue delivering the best for our community!🩵

Guest Speaker, Col Mackereth, shared his powerful story and the lessons he’s learned since his spinal injury. Col’s journey and resilience are truly motivating and his insights are invaluable as we strive to provide the best care and supports possible⭐️

COMMITTED DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS NEEDED – QUALITY TRAINING PROVIDED
Vitali Care is a Disability Support Service that specialises in delivering complex care and community access to clients through the NDIS. We are a boutique service, that knows and values every staff member as an integral part of our team and servise we deliver.
OVERVIEW:
Seeking Disability Support Workers with an interest in Complex Care, including spinal cord injury management; tracheostomy care; in-dwelling catheter care; pressure area care; bowel therapy; medication administration; assistance with exercises; personal care related tasks with the use of manual handling aids (hoisting) where appropriate; showering; dressing; meal preparation and feeding; performing basic tasks in relation to domestic assistance.
All training provided and overseen by experienced staff.
KEY CRITERIA:
• A 'can do' attitude and initiative
• Empathy and a caring nature
• Ability to follow procedures and protocols
• Good communication skills and emotional resilience
• Ability to work individually and as team
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certificate
• Willingness to obtain a Disability Worker Screening Card
• Willingness to do shift work
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
WORK HOURS AND REMUNERATION:
Shifts available mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends with generous shift penalty rates ranging from $33.50/hr – $38/hr.
