🏊‍♀️☀️ Afternoon Exercise at the Town Pool! ☀️🏊‍♂️

Our participants are making the most of the warm weather, Anthoula & her support worker enjoyed some exercise and fun in at the town pool! 💦 As the days heat up, it’s the perfect place to stay active, cool off, and catch up with friends.

👻🎃 Spooky Fun at Friday’s Activity Group! 🎃👻

What a fang-tastic Halloween morning we had! From spooky crafts and creepy costumes to plenty of laughter and treats (no tricks!), everyone got into the spirit. 🕸️🕷️

A big thank-you to everyone who joined in, dressed up, and helped make today so much fun! 💜🧡

Budget brilliance in the kitchen! 🍽️💰
Brooke was given a $50 challenge — to cook as many meals as possible for the fortnight. And wow, did she deliver! 🙌

Together, with her support worker they cooked up a storm, creating over 28 nutritious and delicious meals, including:
🍛 Curry sausages with rice
🍝 Pasta bake
🍗 Chicken drumsticks in peanut satay sauce
🥘 Honey mustard chicken with steamed rice
🥧 Shepherd’s pie
🥖 Sausage rolls & porcupines
🍑 And even a sweet peach crumble for dessert!

This challenge wasn’t just about stretching a budget it was about building skills, confidence, and enjoying every moment in the kitchen. Amazing work, Brooke! 👏💪

The team at Life Ur Way proudly wore pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

It’s our way of standing with the fighters, honouring the survivors, remembering those we've lost, and raising awareness for early detection and support.

One of our amazing participants had a beautiful day out connecting with horses and what a heartwarming experience it was! 🐎✨

Spending time with horses offers so many benefits building confidence, encouraging emotional connection, and creating a peaceful and joyful experience for everyone, regardless of ability. 💬💖

Our team has vast experience in the delivery of disability services – if you are a person living with a disability or caring for someone with a disability, we provide a range of services tailored to your individual needs to assist you to live Life Ur Way.

Life Ur Way’s mission is to enable people to connect, participate and be a valued contributing member of their community. We will strive to assist individuals to have choice and control and support a ‘quality of life’ that is desired.
