Maggie & I have been testing out some new resistance bands & we think you will love them 👌🔥 🍑
While the studio will remain closed for now, we have ordered some extra exercise products to keep you going at home (it’s just taking a while to get here 📦 📪 ).
If you are interested in getting some equipment please let me know & I can sort you out 💪

The first lot of Exercises have been sent out to those that have asked for them - if you haven't received them and would like to, send a text through to Nicki (0477609927).

No equipment is needed for the first, there will be another couple sent out this week that will use therabands, exercise balls and a roller - if you don't have these at home (and would like to!), get in touch with Caroline who will be able to organise a time to purchase equipment from the surgery.

Sending love, happiness and health to all of our beautiful clients as we close the Studio in line with the recommendations ❤

We look forward to welcoming you all back into the studio once we have all done what is best.

Over the next few days I will be sending out some exercises you can all do at home with minimal or no equipment - all of those Exercises I say (and I'm sure the others do too)....'You can do this one at home!'....and you all laugh and laugh 😂🙄😂
