Does anyone else do this?
Apparently I am unable to do math or tell the time whenever we change our clock forwards or backwards 🤔😂
It’s like one of those s**t maths riddles “If I go to bed at 9pm DST is it really 8pm or 10pm normal time” - dw I know the answer but I always second guess myself for a good 2 weeks either side 😂

After a couple of days of unscheduled radical self care I am feeling recharged ⚡️
There are a lot of BIG energetic shifts happening at the moment. Old patterns and things that no longer serve us coming up to be cleared. It is exhausting and for some confronting, so be gentle with yourself and others 🤍
This is your reminder you are doing great, keep going.
It is better & far kinder to be striving for progress than perfection
