She came in wanting to lose fat around her abdomen… But this is what we actually found 👇
On the surface, she’s doing “everything right”. Training. Eating better. Trying to stay consistent.
But her body isn’t responding the way it should.
So we tested.
VO₂ Max: 25 → Low. Her body struggles to use oxygen efficiently, which directly impacts fat burning and endurance.
Breathing Coordination: 46% → Not optimised. She’s using more effort than needed during exercise.
Oxygen Circulation: 16% (very low) → This is the big one. If oxygen isn’t delivered properly, fat burning becomes extremely limited.
Metabolic Rate: 81% → Decent, but not enough to compensate for the inefficiencies above.
Fat Burning Efficiency: 67% → She can burn fat… but not effectively under load.
Movement Economy: 81% → Good. Her body moves well, but the internal system isn’t keeping up.
Recovery Capacity: 44% → Slower recovery = inconsistent progress.
👉 This is why fat around the abdomen becomes so stubborn.

ITB pain after a race? This is one of the most common issues we see in trail runners.
During the SEQ Series with , we treated one of the athletes right after finishing — targeting the iliotibial band (ITB) with precision cryotherapy.
Why this matters 👇
ITB pain is usually driven by inflammation and friction along the outer knee, especially after long or technical runs.
Instead of letting it build up and affect your next session, we targeted it immediately.
What this treatment does:
• Rapidly reduces inflammation
• Decreases pain along the outer knee
• Improves mobility and movement

Achilles tendon recovery in action.
During the SEQ Trail Series, we treated athletes dealing with Achilles tendon pain and tightness using targeted cryotherapy — one of the most effective ways to calm tendon inflammation and support faster recovery.
Trail running places a huge load on the Achilles with constant elevation changes, impact, and repetitive strain. When inflammation builds up, it can quickly turn into a limiting injury if not managed properly.
Targeted cryotherapy helps to: • reduce inflammation in the tendon • decrease pain and stiffness • improve circulation and recovery • support a faster return to training
